Google Earth er og bliver et fascinerende program. Hvis man har programmet installeret kan der klikkes her for at zoome ind på vores hus i Oman - og herefter kan der klikkes her for at tage på en flyvetur til vores nye hus i Danmark. Samme flyvetur som vi tager på "in real life" næste uge (når vi har fået overstået nedpakningen af huset osv).
I øvrigt er der tilsyneladende problemer med Google Earth i nabolandet Bahrain, jvf dette uddrag fra gårsdagens Bahrain Tribune:
Net users in Bahrain who wish to download Google Earth on to their computers can no longer do it following a decision taken by the government to block access to the site. Sources told the Tribune that Batelco received the order from the ministry to block the site without any reasons being given. The Ministry of Information, however, refused to comment on the decision.
